In 1972, McCulloch Properties, developers of Lake Havasu City and Pueblo West, selected us to be in the sole outside broker for their new planned community of Fountain Hills.

When McCulloch Properties decided to divest a number of their holdings in 1978, we were again chosen to develop and market the pristine 5000-acre property now known as Goldfield Ranch located northeast of Scottsdale, Arizona.
